Our specialty treatment rooms are designed for guests to slip away from noise and distractions while enjoying their treatment experience. Please turn off cell phone and lower voice while in the treatment area. Children are not permitted in the treatment area.
Late Arrivals
As a courtesy to you as well as other guests, your treatment time may be reduced for late arrival in order to accommodate our next scheduled guest on time. Service price will remain the same for shortened treatment time.
Cancellation
Due to the popularity and demand for Yamis Skincare services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have scheduled for a skin care, nail and/or body treatment appointment and you must cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
VISA or MASTERCARD account number will be taken for all appointments. If appointment is not cancelled prior to the designated time requirement, $20.00 will be charged to your credit card account. Please check in 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented prior to the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are neither refundable nor replaceable. Gift certificates are redeemable only for the services rendered at the time. Gift certificate retains no monetary value.
Voucher
Yamis Skincare services are offered in full price per single session or at discounted price when vouchers are purchased for multiple sessions. We invite you to inquire additional information about the advantages of voucher from our staff. Purchased vouchers are non-refundable; not negotiable; have expiration; redeemable for the service rendered at the time.

Yamis Skincare continues to stride to meeting quest satisfaction by introducing quality services while maintaining competitive price. Due to unforeseen increase in material cost, we reserve the right to adjust our price without advance notification.
